La terza corte di appello di Roma ha assolto il sindaco di Napoli Luigi De Magistris ed il consulente Gioacchino Genchi dall’accusa di abuso d’ufficio in relazione
alla vicenda dell’acquisizione di tabulati telefoni di politici.
