Appellata dalla procura di Grosseto e da alcune delle parti civili la sentenza di condanna di Francesco Schettino a sedici anni di reclusione, per il nafragio della Concordia. I pm
Maria Navarro, Stefano Pizza e Alessandro Leopizzi non hanno
ritenuto congrua la pena per l’ex comandante.Al processo di primo grado
l’accusa aveva chiesto per Schettino una condanna a 26 anni di
reclusione.
